This 60-year-old building was transformed into a themed bar, preserving its original beams, brick walls, and joinery. It blends early Taiwanese shop aesthetics with Japanese colonial details—Pu’er tea bricks, octagonal windows, painted walls, and wood siding. Orange tables and vintage chairs evoke nostalgia, while layouts for bar flow, storage, and a rooftop smoking area meet functional needs. Once inspired by New York subways and jazz bars, this project is now a vivid collage of history, color, and culture—an immersive urban nightscape.
